2. Use of Client Content

Clients authorize YBM Network to use the provided footage, images, and media content strictly for:

  • Video editing
  • Photo editing
  • Media production
  • Content publishing and promotional services requested by the client

All editing and production work is performed according to the client’s requirements and instructions.

3. Client Responsibility for Content

All video, image, and media content used in projects is provided or approved by the client.

YBM Network is not responsible for:

  • Public reactions or comments received after content is published
  • Opinions, remarks, or responses generated from client-approved content
  • Any claims regarding ownership of materials supplied by the client

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and permissions to use the submitted content.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

YBM Network stores client data and media files only for the duration necessary to complete the requested services.

After final delivery of the completed project to the client:

  • Our editing team deletes the media files from internal storage systems within a reasonable period
  • We do not permanently retain unnecessary client media data

5. Data Protection

We take reasonable security measures to protect client information and project files from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

6. Third-Party Services

In some cases, YBM Network may use trusted third-party platforms or cloud services to deliver editing, storage, streaming, or publishing services. These services are used only as necessary to provide client-requested services.

7. Facebook and Meta Platform Usage

If clients connect Facebook, Instagram, or Meta services through our platform:

  • We only access permissions authorized by the client
  • Data obtained through Meta APIs is used solely for content publishing, page management, or live streaming services requested by the client
  • We do not sell or misuse Meta user data
